The West Lampeter Township Police Department, in association with the National Association of Town Watch, hosts an annual “National Night Out” at the Lampeter Fairgrounds in West Lampeter Township. This nationwide event is scheduled each year on the first Tuesday of August between 6:00-9:00 p.m. The West Lampeter Township National Night Out offers free food, entertainment and prizes for all ages, as well as numerous law enforcement and first responder displays and demonstrations. West Lampeter Township Police Department held its first-ever National Night Out in 2008 for which we are proud to have won the Rookie of the Year Award. Our first event was attended by over 1200 community residents, and we have grown each year in keeping National Night Out alive and well in West Lampeter Township. Click here to learn more.
