FATALITY HIT AND RUN:  Victim, Brandy Moore, Date of Incident, January 21, 2020

On morning of January 22, 2020, Brandy Moore, 40 was found deceased in the area of 2nd and Walnut Street in Opolis Kansas. Moore had sustained injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle. It is believed that Brandy Moore was struck by a vehicle on January 21, 2020 between the hours of 8:13 pm and 11:46 pm.
