The Pennsylvania State Mayor's Association has initiated an event with all of it's members as well as other Mayors in Pennsylvania. The event, entitled, "Bells Across Pennsylvania Day" is scheduled for Sunday May 3, 2020. The primary purpose of the event is to recognize and celebrate the services rendered by first responders, hospital personnel and employees of life-sustaining businesses who are "hometown heroes." The secondary purpose is to show solidarity among all municipalities and resolve to see that local businesses and civic engagement thrive once again.  Details in the attached news release.
