The York County Regional Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the male individual pictured in connection with a theft/fraud investigation.

On May 13, 2026, between 10:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., the individual stole cash and a debit card from the victim's vehicle at the John C. Rudy Dog Park in East Manchester Township. Immediately following the theft, the suspect used the debit card to fraudulently purchase gift cards from the Walmart located in Springettsbury Township.

Anyone who can identify the individual or has information related to this incident is asked to contact the York County Regional Police Department by calling 911 or 717-741-1259. Tips may also be submitted through our website at ycrpd.org. Anonymous tips are accepted.
