York County Regional Police is looking to identify the pictured individual who on Wednesday 06/24/2026 at approximately 2:13 a.m., stole a planter from the front steps at Bethlehem Church located at 109 E. Main St, Dallastown, PA. • Older white male, with long white/gray hair in a ponytail
• Black bandanna
• White/gray goatee/beard
• Smoker
• Long sleeved multi-colored shirt (looks like quilted patches/squares)
• Khaki cargo shorts
• Brown sandals
• Red cane
• Green reusable bag
