On 02-21-22 at 0543 hours, the fire department and YCRPD officers were dispatched to a disabled vehicle on E. Prospect Rd. at Nicholas Ln. within Windsor Township.  The disabled vehicle was to be smoking from the engine compartment.  The vehicle then caught fire.  E. Prospect Rd. has now reopened.
