On 11-05-21 at 0806 hours, YAPD officers were dispatched to Springwood Rd. + Owen Rd. for a motor vehicle accident in which two people were struck.  Upon arrival officers determined that there were two separate accidents.  The first accident was a minor rear end collision that occurred in the southbound lane of Springwood Rd.  The drivers of both vehicles exited to inspect the damage when they were struck by another passing vehicle.  The accident is still under investigation.
