On 03/19/20 at 937 p.m. York Area Regional officers responded to a DUI accident in the area of Delta Road and Smith Road within Windsor Township. The driver had struck two parked vehicles and two utility poles. He was arrested for suspicion of DUI and drug possession as well as other offenses. The roadway was quickly reopened with assistance from the fire department and local tow company.
