As a section of the unified judiciary, the Court of Common Pleas, Adult Probation and Parole Section’s principle mission is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the criminal justice system through community protection, offender accountability, victim restoration, and promoting behavioral change, all in an effort to reduce recidivism.  Multi-agency collaboration, innovative ideas, and technological advancements are all necessary to accomplish this mission.
