The Adult Probation and Parole Department are staffed with Probation Officers, Probation Officer Aides, and such other assistants as are necessary to serve the Court of Common Pleas. Probation Officers are peace officers and have police powers and authority throughout the Commonwealth to arrest with or without warrant, writ rule or process, any person on probation, probation with restrictive conditions, or parole under the supervision of the Pike County Court of Common Pleas for failing to report as required by the terms of his or her supervision or for any other violation of probation, probation with restrictive conditions, or parole.
The Pike County Probation Office is located in the Pike County Courthouse, Milford, Pennsylvania.
