The Violent Crimes Against Children and Digital Forensics Unit is committed to protecting the most vulnerable members of our community by investigating and prosecuting violent crimes against children, sexual assault cases, and sex crimes involving children. In conjunction with our digital forensics capabilities, we work tirelessly to identify, apprehend, and bring to justice those who exploit and harm children.

Through our collaborative efforts with the FBI, who through a task force provided a canine for this unit, Pennsylvania State Police, and other law enforcement agencies, we strive to combat the proliferation of child pornography and other forms of digital exploitation. Our unit is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for victims and their families, while ensuring that perpetrators are held accountable for their heinous crimes.
