On 02/16/2021 at 4pm, the LBPD took Brent Zimmerman HOOVER, age 31, of Lebanon into custody due to an active warrant for his arrest.  Officers were contacted by the PA State Police in Jonestown who had arrested HOOVER on the active warrant.  HOOVER was subsequently turned over to LBPD Officers who transported HOOVER to the Lancaster County Central Booking.  HOOVER was then arraigned on the warrant and released on $5,000 dollars unsecured bail. 

HOOVER is presumed innocent.
