The LBPD arrested Alexander James WAGNER, age 28, of Lititz, on a several active warrants for his arrest.

On 10/18/2019 at 8:41am, an Officer stopped the vehicle WAGNER was driving in the 500 block of South Broad Street after observing the vehicle being operated with several equipment violations.  Officers then discovered that WAGNER had several warrants issued for his arrest.  WAGNER was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office to await further legal process on the warrants.  No new criminal charges were associated with this incident. 

WAGNER is presumed innocent.
