On 10/10/2019 around 8:58am, the LBPD took Joseph Anthony DIMARTINO II, age 32, of Lititz, into custody in the 500 block of East Front Street.   Officers located DIMARTINO inside a residence while searching for a different wanted person.  Officer then discovered that DIMARTINO had several active warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.  DIMARTINO was taken into custody and transported to the Sheriff’s Office for further legal process.  No additional charges were filed as a result of this incident. 

DIMARTINO is presumed innocent.
