The LBPD arrested William M. SHOENBERGER, age 44, of Lancaster, on an active warrant for his arrest.

On 09/20/2019 at 11:46am, an officer stopped the vehicle SHOENBERGER was driving after observing several traffic violations in the 700 block of South Broad Street.   Officers then discovered there was an active warrant for SHOENBERGER’s arrest through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.  SHOENBERGER was then taken into custody.  Officers then transported SHOENBERGER to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office where he was turned over to await further legal process on the warrant.  There are no new criminal charges associated with this incident.

SHOENBERGER is presumed innocent.
