FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The LBPD took Alexander M. FLORES (age 34), of Lititz, into custody on 08/21/2019 at 3:37 PM. 

An LBPD officer stopped the vehicle that FLORES was driving after observing a traffic violation on East Market Street.  During the course of the traffic stop, it was discovered that FLORES had an active warrant for his arrest through the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas, which was held by the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office.  FLORES was transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office where his custody was transferred to the Sheriff for further legal process.  There are no new charges associated with this event.

FLORES is presumed innocent.
