The LBPD has filed two Non-Traffic Citations against Larry Cecil SMITH, age 58, of Lititz, for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.

On April 25, 2020, the LBPD received a report of harassment that occurred in the 500 block of North Elm Street.  The Victims reported that SMITH violated a no contact order by grabbing his genitalia with his hand and then made “thrusting” motions towards the Victims.  This act served no purpose and was intended to harass the Victims.  The citations were filed and SMITH will be summoned to appear in Court.

SMITH is presumed innocent.
