The LBPD filed a non-traffic citation against Jonathan M. MELENDEZ, age 29, of Lititz for harassment. 

On 04/11/2020 at around 12:02am, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East main Street for a disturbance.  Upon arrival Officers discovered that MELENDEZ and another person were involved in an argument.   During the argument victim reported that MELENDEZ poured a beer on their head.  As a result, Officers filed a citation against MELENDEZ for harassment.  MELENDEZ will be summoned to appear in Court.

MELENDEZ is presumed innocent.
