The LBPD has filed a non-traffic citation against Daniel Timothy POND, age 54, of Camp Hill for violating the Lititz Borough Ordinance; Fireworks Forbidden.

On 07/04/2020 at around 9:45pm, an Officer on patrol encountered a firework being discharged in the 200 block of East Market Street.  The firework was positioned in a way that blocked the roadway.  Officers located POND nearby and he admitted setting off the firework.  A non-traffic citation for violating the Borough Ordinance was filed against POND and he will be summoned to appear in Court.

POND is presumed innocent.
