The LBPD has filed a non-traffic citation against a 14-year-old Lititz male for Disorderly Conduct.

On August 28, 2020 at around 11:32pm, Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of East Sixth Street for a disturbance.  The Victim had reported that someone rang the Victim’s doorbell and ran away.  Officer responded but were unable to locate anyone nearby.  The Victim reported that they have been the victim of numerous similar incidents for several weeks.  The Victim also provided surveillance photos of the suspect for this incident, which were used to identify the male involved.   The juvenile will be summoned to appear in court.

The Juvenile is presumed innocent.
