The LBPD filed a non-traffic citation against Larenz BATTY, age 18, of Lititz for Disorderly Conduct. 

On 10/30/2019 at around 8:32pm, Officers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle on West Lemon Street in the area Pine Lane.  When officers arrived they located a vehicle matching the description leaving the area.  When officers stopped that vehicle for a traffic violation they discovered BATTY was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  BATTY was released from the scene and will be summoned to appear in court.

BATTY is presumed innocent.
