The LBPD investigated a crash that occurred on 12/16/2020 at 12:34pm in the 1^st block of West Lincoln Avenue. 

The crash occurred when a vehicle driven by Yahary RODRIGUEZ-LUIGGI, age 22, of Lebanon, slid off the roadway and onto the sidewalk striking a pedestrian.  The pedestrian was transported by ambulance to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

RODRIGUEZ-LUIGGI was cited by Police for driving vehicle at safe speeds. 

RODRIGUEZ-LUIGGI is presumed innocent.
