The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 02/15/2020 at 9:14 PM at the intersection of South Locust Street & East Second Avenue.

A vehicle driven by Anthony S. MCDONALD (age 18) of Lancaster, proceeded through the intersection without clearance after stopping for the posted stop sign.  MCDONALD failed to yield to the right-of-way of a vehicle driven by Robin A. BOWMAN (age 44) of Spring Grove, which resulted in a collision.   No injuries were reported by BOWMAN's vehicle required towing.  A summary traffic citation has been filed against MCDONALD, alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Duties at Stop Signs.  MCDONALD has been summoned to respond to District Court.

MCDONALD is presumed innocent.
