FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 10/13/2019 at 9:45 AM at the intersection of South Broad Street (SR0501) / East Second Avenue.

A vehicle driven by Christopher J. CHRISTENSEN Jr. (age 31), of Ephrata, made a right turn onto East Second Avenue from South Broad Street, failing to see a bicyclist along the curb line, which resulted in CHRISTENSEN turning in front of the bicyclist and the bicyclist riding into the side of CHRISTENSEN's car.  The bicyclist is identified as James P. MCCULLOUGH (age 44), of Lititz.  No injuries were reported.
