The LBPD investigated a crash that occurred on 09/21/2019 at 6:08pm at the intersection of South Broad Street (SR0501) and West Orange Street.

A vehicle driven by Nicole L. YOUNG, age 20, of Millersville, failed to stop at a red traffic signal and struck a vehicle driven by Timothy J. HAMPP, age 41m of Lititz.   No injuries were reported but HAMPP's vehicle did required towing.  A summary traffic citation was filed against YOUNG for Traffic-Control Signals.  YOUNG will be summoned to respond to District Court.

YOUNG is presumed innocent.
