FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 09/23/2019 at 9:19 AM at the intersection of South Broad Street (SR0501) at West Second Avenue.

A vehicle driven by Russell SCHLOUGH (age 67) of Mohnton, attempted to make a right turn onto West Second Avenue and struck a vehicle driven by Marco CAPRETTI (age 18) of Lebanon.  No injuries were reported by CAPRETTI's vehicle required towing.  A summary traffic citation was filed against SCHLOUGH, alleging he violated the PA Vehicle Code, section Turning movements and required signals.  SCHLOUGH has been summoned to respond to District Court.

SCHLOUGH is presumed innocent.
