FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 08/13/2019 at 9:29 PM at the intersection of South Broad Street (SR0501) and E/W Sixth Street.

A vehicle driven by Kerry PALMER (age 21), of Lititz, turned left in front of a vehicle driven by Alexander ZIEGLER (age 18), of Lititz, resulting in a crash.  No injuries were reported but both vehicles required towing.  A summary traffic citation was filed against PALMER, alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Vehicle Turning Left.  PALMER has been summoned to respond to District Court.

PALMER is presumed innocent.
