FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 08/13/2019 at 10:36 AM on West Orange Street (SR0772) at the intersection of Pine Lane.

A vehicle driven by Amy L. KEEFER (age 36), of Lititz, turned onto West Orange Street from Pine Lane, failing to yield to the right-of-way of a vehicle driven by Loghan D. AXE (age 18), of Lititz.  No injuries were reported and KEEFER's vehicle required towing.  A summary traffic citation has been filed against KEEFER alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Turning Movements and Required Signals.  KEEFER has been summoned to respond to District Court.

KEEFER is presumed innocent.
