LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function took Christopher Brian GOOD, age 36, of Lititz, into custody at his home on 01/03/2020 around 1:20 PM.  GOOD had an active warrant for his arrest through Chester County.

Officers responded to GOOD's home for an incident which is unrelated to the warrant.  While there for that incident, GOOD was arrested and transferred to Chester County constables for further legal process on the warrant.  There are no new charges filed by the LBPD associated with this incident.

GOOD is presumed innocent.
