LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 12/23/2020 at 2:10 PM at the intersection of South Broad Street (SR0501) & E/W Sixth Street.

A vehicle driven by Kevin H. DOBERT, age 51, of Lititz, failed to stop for the red traffic signal and was struck by a vehicle driven by Kenneth L. GRUMBLING, age 72, of Leola.  No injuries were reported but both vehicles required towing.  A summary traffic citation has been filed against DOBERT, alleging he committed the traffic offense of Traffic-Control Signals.  DOBERT has been summoned to respond to District Court.

DOBERT is presumed innocent.
