LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 10/01/2020 at 7:53 PM in the 300 Block of South Broad Street (SR0501).

A vehicle driven by George BAIR (age 43), of Lititz, struck a legally parked (unoccupied) vehicle. No injuries were reported.  A summary traffic citation has been filed against BAIR alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Roadways Laned for Traffic. BAIR has been summoned to respond to District Court.

BAIR is presumed innocent.
