Chaplain Ruth Williams serves the East Lansdowne Police Department by providing spiritual guidance, compassionate care, and meaningful support to department members and the broader community. Officer & Family Support
Provides emotional and spiritual support to officers, civilian staff, and their families during both routine and difficult moments.

Builds positive relationships with residents, faith communities, and local organizations through outreach and service.
Ceremonial & Department Support
Participates in department ceremonies, memorials, community events, and other occasions where chaplain services are appropriate.
