Carlisle Police are investigating several reports of multiple shots fired in the 100 blk of E. Locust Ave.  The call was received at 1853  on 11/6/14 from county control.  Officers located 10  shell casings in the area but no victims have come forth at this time. The investigation is ongoing.   Anyone with information is asked to please contact the police dept or leave a tip.
