The Carlisle Police are attempting to identify the owner of a found dog. The female pit-bull mix was found in the 1st block of W. Pomfret St. Photos of the dog are attached. Anyone with information is encouraged to submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH or by calling Cumberland County Communications (717-243-4121).
