On 07/21/2026 at approximately 1000 hours, John Failor was reported missing from Dickinson Family Restaurant, 670 North Hanover Street, Carlisle PA 17013. 

Failor is 5'11, 180lbs, last seen wearing a brown long sleeve shirt and brown shorts, as well as navy blue Sketchers. 

Failor suffers from dementia and may be on foot in the area.
