Vacation Notice
Need to get away? Let us know about it so we can keep an eye on things. You can fill out the attached Vacation Notice and drop it off or email it to the department (policeadmin@ustwp.org). This notice will let us know how long you will be gone, who (if anybody) will be at your house, who the emergency contact is in case of any incidents, etc.
