Due to the continued power outages plaguing the area and extreme weather conditions, Upper Southampton Township and the Upper Southampton Police Department would like to advise our residents that our public library is open should any need a cool place to rest and recharge. The library is open until 5 pm on Saturday and 8 pm Monday through Friday.
