An unknown male subject contacted a Cherry Hills Village resident making aggressive statements and then demanding money.  The resident blocked the caller and reported it to the police department.  An investigation was done involving the out of state phone number and the unknown male caller was contacted by CHV PD Detectives. The male repeated the same aggressive statements to the Detective and then hung up the phone.  Further investigation showed this to be a random scam call.
