Request for Extra Police Patrols

The Extra Patrol Request allows Paradise Valley residents and businesses to ask the Paradise Valley Police Department to increase patrol presence in specific areas due to ongoing or recurring concerns.

This service is designed for non-emergency, quality-of-life, and preventive patrol needs. It helps us allocate additional officer time and visibility where community members have identified patterns that could benefit from more frequent checks.

Examples of issues appropriate for this form include (but are not limited to):

  • Suspicious persons or trespassers repeatedly seen in the area
  • Suspected drug activity or sales
  • Vagrancy, loitering, or transient-related complaints
  • Other nuisance behaviors affecting neighborhood safety or peace
  • General requests for increased patrols in a specific location due to recent incidents or concerns

Important – When NOT to use this form:

  • For emergencies or crimes in progress → Always call 911 immediately
  • For one-time incidents that require an immediate report → Call the non-emergency line (480) 948-7410
  • For general questions or service requests unrelated to patrol needs

By submitting this form, you help us better understand and prioritize resources to maintain the safety and quality of life in our community. All requests are reviewed and considered as part of our ongoing patrol planning.

DO NOT USE THIS FOR EMERGENCIES OR IN-PROGRESS EVENTS!

Dial 9-1-1 for emergencies and in-progress incidents or (480) 948-7410 for incidents not in progress.
