🚧 Construction Hours Update 🚧

Construction hours are officially returning to the summer schedule (May 1 – October 15). Residents and contractors are encouraged to review Town Code 8-10-2(D) to stay informed.

Summer Construction Hours:

Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Deliveries and heavy machinery permitted

• Concrete pouring may begin as early as 4:00 AM

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Deliveries permitted

• No heavy machinery use

• Concrete pouring may begin as early as 6:00 AM

Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• No deliveries or heavy machinery

• Noise is allowed but limited to 75 dB or less from the property line

Holidays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• No deliveries or heavy machinery

• Noise is allowed but limited to 75 dB or less from the property line
