3/3/26: Tip received that Thor (Chevi Gene Avery) was in Citrus County FL about 3 weeks ago. He was seen driving a Navy Ford F250, royal blue 350z, and a Red GMC Sierra.  It was also reported that he was in Georgia for about 3 weeks in an RV park and continues to commit fraud cases with vehicles and businesses. 

Nov. 5, 2025 - Warrant approved by the Montezuma County Courts. 

ALIAS: David Gene Ford (Washington DL) - multiple active warrants in other states

May be driving a stolen vehicle - 2012 dark colored Audi A4 - plate number: EHF R51

Recovered stolen motorcycle: 2024 Turquoise Harley Davidson - plate: Nevada GK351
