A black male actor 20 to 30’s thin build committed two robberies this morning/afternoon at approximately 1200 hours in Mc Sherrystown Borough.  The suspect utilized a stolen a gray Toyota Camary and through investigations it was determined that he stole this car in PA State Polices Adams County  area after dumping a car he stole in Maryland.

Hanover Borough and Penn Township spotted the vehicle and terminated their pursuit immediately.

The actor then drove to Dunkin Donuts  (39 West Hanover Street, Spring Grove Borough) at 1358 and going behind the counter and attempting to steal money from the business.

The actor then left Dunkin and arrived at Rutters 420 N Main Street, Spring Grove Borough – E911 advised at 1403 hours the same male actor went behind the counter at the store and stole money from the registers then fled in the previously reported stolen vehicle.

An officer observed this vehicle just outside of West York Borough and a motor vehicle pursuit began with YCRPD, West Manchester PD, West York PD and York City PD.  The actor fled into York City and abandoned the car fleeing on foot in the area of 1350 West Princess Street.  Police from multiple agencies surrounded the area searched for the suspect on foot and with a K-9. 

Another officer briefly saw the suspect in the area of the CVS on Richland Avenue and when he stopped to detain the suspect he again fled on foot.

Shortly after fleeing on foot the suspect stole a dirt bike and then a gray Mazda 3 Hatchback in York City.

1810 hours YCRPD was dispatched for an attempted car jacking at the Lions Pride Restaurant and immediately recognized the description of the actor was the same as all the previous crimes.

Officers arrived in the area and after a short search the suspect was taken into custody on foot behind the M&T Bank at 900 Country Club Road in York Township.  Money was recovered from the suspect's shorts along with other evidence observed in the crimes.

The suspect refused to provide and information and was taken to York County Central Booking where he was identified with a 10 Printer as Dwayne Wolfe (5/07/93).  Wolfe comes from Maryland.
