On Tuesday April 25, 2023 at approximately 4:30 PM a hit and run accident occurred in front of 4380 Board Rd. in East Manchester Township. The short video clip of the accident shows a blue/gray van as being the suspect vehicle in the hit and run. The vehicle ran off the road striking a utility box and a light post.
