The Newtown Bypass has been re-opened.  Thank you for your patience.

Newtown Township, PA - On January 9, 2020 at approximately 11:05 AM police responded to a traffic accident on the Newtown Bypass near Penns Trail.  Access to the Newtown Bypass is closed at Penns Trail/Pheasant Run and Woodbourne Road/Lower Silver Lake Road.  Also, westbound access to the Newtown Bypass is prohibited at Newtown-Yardley Road. We are asking motorists to avoid the area, if possible, and please be patient with the added volume in the surrounding area.  We will post an update when the road is re-opened.
