🪂 Know Before You Jump: Paradise Valley Landing Restrictions
Thinking about BASE jumping or parachuting from Camelback Mountain? Know before you go.
While parachuting activity may occur from portions of Camelback Mountain within the City of Phoenix, landing by parachute, paraglider, or any other aircraft within the Town of Paradise Valley is prohibited under Town Code Article 10-11, except for limited emergency or public safety purposes.
Before you jump, plan your route and landing zone carefully. If your flight path could bring you into Paradise Valley, make sure your landing area remains outside Town limits.
These regulations help protect residents, visitors, first responders, and the community from the risks associated with unauthorized landings in neighborhoods, parks, and roadways.
