N.T.P.D. Promotes Officer to Rank of Sergeant
On August 27, 2019 Officer Richard Breski was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Sgt. Breski is a 16 year veteran of the department and will serve as a patrol supervisor. Sgt. Breski is also assigned to the MCSAP program.
