Due to a power outage, the traffic signals at the intersection of Old Trail Road and Yocumtown Road are not operable. We would like to remind you that according to PA law, if the traffic light is malfunctioning or inoperable, the ENTIRE intersection is then considered a 4 way stop. This means NO one has the right-a-way at an inoperable light. Please be careful when negotiating this intersection.
