The Bushkill Township Police Department is proud to partner with other law enforcement agencies from across the Lehigh Valley to participate in the Bushkill Township HomeTown Torch Run, benefiting Special Olympics Pennsylvania.
This event brings together law enforcement, local businesses, athletes, and community members to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics athletes in our region. Officers and participants will carry the "Flame of Hope" through the community, supporting athletes who inspire us all to be "Brave in the Attempt."
We invite the community to get involved in several ways:
• Sign up to run or walk alongside us
• Purchase an event t-shirt
• Come out and cheer on the athletes and participants along the route
Proceeds from this event provide will provide FREE sports, health, and leadership programming to over 15,000 Special Olympics Pennsylvania athletes who compete throughout the state.
If you support law enforcement and Special Olympics Pennsylvania, we would love to see you there! Please see the attached flyer for event and registration details. Together, we can help make a difference for these incredible athletes and showcase the strength of our community.
