On August 15, 2026, at approximately 10:45 pm, Bushkill Township police officers responded to the 100 block of Hoffman Road regarding an unwanted person complaint. Following investigation and a previous written trespass warning being issued to Donald Goodwin prohibiting him from being on the property, a criminal complaint was prepared and the charge of Title 18 PA C.S.A § 3503 Defiant Trespass was filed. 

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
