CASE UPDATE:

Eisenhard is now in custody as of September 17, 2026. The Bushkill Township Police Department expresses gratitude to the community for providing valuable information through Crimewatch.

On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at approximately 10:00 pm, Bushkill Township police officers responded to the area of Old Grade Road and Katellen Road for a reported disturbance. Through investigation it was determined that a 43-year-old male, Bernard Pierce Eisenhard had verbally threatened two victims with bodily harm. Prior to police arrival, Eisenhard had left the area. A criminal complaint was prepared, and a subsequent arrest warrant was issued for Eisenhard charging him with Title 18 § 2706(a)(1) Terroristic Threats and Title 18 § 2709(a)(4) Harassment.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
